After you have chosen a supplier and they have supplied the dress, photographed the wedding or baked your cake, you can leave feedback from your hired quotes dashboard by clicking the star icon next to the project.

Q.Why should I leave feedback for suppliers?

The feedback system is an integral part of the site, if feedback for each piece of work is recorded it helps to ensure that the most reliable suppliers stand out and makes it easier for you to select the best ones.

Q.How does UKWeddingMarket work?

Simply register and fill in the quote request form to start receiving quotes. After you have received quotes, you can organise them by liaising with the suppliers through the online messaging system and shortlisting the quotes you like and declining the ones you don't. After you have decided which supplier you would like to go with, click hire and you are all set to go!

Q.How many quotes can I expect to receive?

Depending on how much detail you provide regarding your requirements, you can expect to receive up to 20 quotations, the exact figure will be dependent on your category and location.

Q.How can I communicate with suppliers?

From your quotes page, if you select the message icon next to the suppliers quote you will be able to use the messaging feature. This is also available from your account dashboard and quotes dashboard.

Q.Am I obligated to accept a quote?

No, though we are sure you will find a quote you like given that we have a huge number of suppliers registered on UKWeddingMarket, you are in no way obligated to accept any quotes you receive.

Q.Where can I manage my quotations?

From your quotes dashboard you can manage, shortlist, decline and hire suppliers. You can also leave message suppliers, leave feedback for completed work and use the workspace system to share ideas.

Q.Will my details be passed on to anyone?

Unlike some wedding directories and lead generating websites, we do not sell your data on, you can communicate with suppliers using our private message system and choose to give your details to them if you so wish.

Q.What should I include in my quote requests?

You should try to be as thorough as possible in your quote requests, for example if you would like a photographer, do you required them for the whole day? Do you need a photo album? And would you like an express service? After you have posted your listing you are also able to add more details and add listing enhancements, for example, you can add a video to your listing to further explain what you require or make your listing featured so more suppliers see it.
